Your Membership Card

Once you join ABC as a general member, you will be able to pick up your membership card at our introduction booth or at any of our other events. Your membership will be active for the duration of the academic year. To make sure you don’t miss out on the advantages your member card gives you, here is how to use it:

When you first receive your membership card, write your name on the back to make it valid.
Present your ABC membership card to the establishment before ordering.
If you are with a group, make sure everyone present is in possession of their membership card.
Unless stated on our website, the discounts are not valid on public holidays.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make use of the membership cards?

Please keep the following things in mind: You have to show your physical membership card BEFORE ordering. Double discount or promotional deals will not be given. Your name has to be on the membership card to be valid. Not valid on public holidays unless otherwise noted at our website.
Can I use my membership card for a group?

Please keep in mind that ALL your companions have to show the membership card in order for your group to enjoy the benefits. e.g. four of the five people have an ABC membership card but one person is not an ABC member or forgot to bring his/her ABC membership card. In this case, the Partner can decline the discount.
Do I have to re-register if I registered the previous year?

No, your ABC membership will automatically renew on September 1st of each year.
Where can I pick up my membership card?

You can always collect your membership card at one of our events! Just make sure you have your ID at hand so we can correctly check you in our systems. Keep an eye on our socials for all the upcoming activities!
How long are the membership cards valid?

The ABC General membership cards (2023-2024 edition) are valid from 01-09-2023 until 31-08-2024. And are not valid in combination with other active deals.
Which ABC deals can I make use of?

Always check out our ABC website for the specific deal/discount at our partners. The specifications to use the discount/deal can slightly differ per partner.
